Trinity Place Townhomes

A newly renovated affordable housing community for families in Tucson, Arizona.

Consisting of 88 townhome units (44 three-bedroom and 44 four-bedroom), Trinity Place is designed to meet the needs of large low-income families. At least 40% of the units are reserved for households comprised of individuals with children. Trinity Place has numerous on-site amenities, including: a computer center with internet access, fitness center, pool, playground, and covered parking are available at no extra charge.

Trinity Place was rehabilitated with an emphasis on energy and green conservation design elements. These elements include the following: (1) zero VOC materials and hardwood flooring to maintain excellent indoor air quality, (2) water (dual flush) efficient toilets, xeriscaping and low water-use plants, (3) Thermal performance Roofs and Walls, Energy Star lighting fixtures and (4) Passive Solar Designs and Renewable Energy Systems (solar and thermal) to offset greater than 50% of the electrical load for the common areas of the property. Families will have the option to purchase their unit upon the completion of the fifteen (15) year compliance period.

Additionally, in partnership with the Greater Phoenix Urban League, Trinity Place offers a number of on-site support service programs such as financial counseling and computer training.
